CARLSBAD, CA (February 2019) — Used plastic bottles have never looked cooler: The High Seas Boardshorts by prAna are mainly made of recycled polyester. Manufactured with environmentally four-way-stretch fabric, the boardshorts offer unrestricted freedom of movement when surfing and swimming. The retro print, clever details and casual fit spread loads of good vibes – on the water and at the beach bar.
Reduce, reuse, recycle – the prAna High Seas Boardshorts are made of 85% recycled polyester. The material is not only sustainable, but has a nice and supple hand. The shorts come with four-way stretch and offer total freedom of movement.
Besides eco-responsibility, prAna emphasizes on performance and style of its swimwear: The High Seas Boardshorts are highly water-repellent and quick drying due to DWR finish and the material mix. It comes with UV protection (UPF 50+), a wide waistband for comfortable fit, double closure (velycro fly and lacing), a back welt pocket with zipper closure and an interior key loop.
The Mexican inspired print (available in three different color ways) goes perfectly well with the casual retro styling of the High Seas Boardshorts. For all those who prefer a little understatement, prAna also offers the shorts in solid black and blue.
